We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. In such cases, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible, ideally at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

For cancelations made at least 12 hours in advance, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment. However, for cancelations made less than 12 hours in advance, we may not be able to issue a full refund as the flowers may have already been prepared or shipped.

In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative solution, such as rescheduling the delivery or pickup for a later date, or offering store credit that can be used towards a future purchase.

Please note that if you cancel your order after the flowers have already been delivered or picked up, we will not be able to issue a refund or offer an exchange.
